In 2021, she authored her first book, The Secret of Symbolism and Spirituality in Art, offering deep insights into 15 symbolic motifs of Mithila art rooted in philosophy, ecology, and spirituality. Her journey took a bold turn in 2025 when she released her second book, 7 Reasons to Never Love Yourself—a raw, witty, and honest memoir that resonates with anyone struggling with self-worth, people-pleasing, or perfectionism.
Now in the pipeline is her third project, Colour Alchemy—a series of seven books, richly illustrated guides for artists and designers exploring the emotional and symbolic language of colour across cultures and mediums.
With multiple academic degrees in Chemistry, Ecology and Environment, Fine Arts, and Conservation, and a patented natural almond shell ink, Neena brings both intellect and intuition to everything she creates.
