An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), USA, Poonamm believes that true health isn’t about cutting out foods or counting calories — it’s about understanding your body, finding balance, and building habits that last.

With a Diploma in Health & Integrative Lifestyle from KKSU University, mentored by Luke Coutinho, and a foundational understanding of Ayurveda Anatomy from Kerala Ayurveda Academy (2025), her work beautifully bridges modern nutrition and ancient wisdom. She’s also completed a 9-week experiential course at The Health Awareness Centre (THAC), Mumbai, and is a certified Inner Engineering practitioner from the Isha Foundation.

Before transitioning into health coaching, Poonamm earned her Master’s in Economics and Bachelor’s in Economics with Psychology, which shaped her analytical yet empathetic approach — blending data, intuition, and mindfulness in every plan she creates.

Her brand, Fragrances & Flavours, reflects her deep connection with nature — offering organic honey and syrups inspired by her belief that healing begins in the simplest foods.

Through her one-on-one consultations and group wellness programs, she focuses on gut health, liver detoxification, hormonal balance, emotional resilience, and nervous system regulation — helping clients reconnect with their body’s natural rhythm.
