With more than twenty years of experience in academia and training, Dr. Pandey built a career rooted in communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. Her educational credentials — including a Ph.D., MBA-HRD, UGC-NET qualification twice, and professional certifications — became the foundation of a lifelong commitment to empowering students and professionals.
Her professional journey took her through several reputed educational institutions where she served as lecturer, assistant professor, associate professor, professor, trainer, and mentor. She taught subjects ranging from Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour to Business Communication and Corporate Governance, always emphasizing the importance of empathy, ethics, and interpersonal effectiveness alongside technical competence.
A passionate researcher and academic contributor, Dr. Pandey published numerous papers in national and international journals on topics such as emotional intelligence, communication gaps, life skills education, leadership, and workplace diversity. Her research received recognition through publication in Scopus-indexed journals, and she later contributed back to academia by serving as a reviewer for Scopus journals and other academic publications.
Her expertise in higher education also led to prestigious academic responsibilities. She served as External Examiner for Ph.D. viva examinations at SNDT Women’s University, Bharathiar University, and Nagpur University.
